Model: JNSM-4020CGDY High-Speed Sewing Machine

Product Advantages: 2. All pneumatic components, including solenoids, air hoses, cylinders, triple heads, six heads connectors, filters, and dust blow guns, are supplied by Yadeke.

  1. The main transmission belt is made of aerospace aluminum alloy, the transmission belt is from Ober, bearings are from NSK Japan, and the machine housing is 100% authentic.
  2. The overall machine structure is based on a ball bearing frame, ensuring no rigid jams. Older machines used a support tube structure, which is prone to rigid jams. The vertical axis structure is based on synchronous belts, reducing noise and increasing transmission power.
  3. The rotary motor is an imported product.
  4. The machine automatically winds the yarn with a cutting knife, preventing yarn entanglement.
  5. The machine table is made of 304 stainless steel, with a mirror-like surface. There are separate left and right tables for clamping the belt.
  6. The guiding mechanism is designed wider, using size 15 to make it more durable and stable.
  7. The needle bar is thicker (7.94mm) and of a harder type (Black Diamond), reducing thread slippage. In contrast, the common type is only 7.24mm.
  8. The applied pressure on the bottom table can be adjusted on the touchscreen, enhancing the ability to work with materials up to 14mm thick and without limitations on thin materials.
  9. The servo system controls the sewing loop closing operation.
  10. It doesn't tangle threads, doesn't reduce speed, doesn't break threads, handles short threads well, works effectively with heavy and thick materials, provides good thread winding, and creates smooth sewing lines
